How to paint your nails like a PRO?

Every now and again it's nice to pamper yourself before a night out,
important event(eg. wedding), dinner at a new restaurant or event before a date.
But you wish you could have salon-perfect nails without paying for a lot.

Here you will find out how ...

1) Wash your hands, don't forget to clean the dirt underneath your nail and dry it properly.

2) Remove any nail polish you might have on, or if you don't have, still pass
the remover on. (Don't throw the cotton used to remove any colour or dirt that was on your nails)

3) Moisturize your hands. Becareful not to touch the nails, if you do just pass the cotton ball/pad over to remove it. This will help to prevent any nail polish that by mistake went on your skin.

4) Apply the base coat. This will help you a lot when you remove the polish, because it conserves your natural nail colour so you don't end up with grey nails after painting them in black.

5) 1st Thin layer. Now you are free to paint your nails. My personal technique is by placing the brush at the centre of your nail, push it downwards until you almost touch the sides. Then just paint the sides and once more at the centre.

6) 2nd layer. Do the same as you did on step 5 BUT right after the first swipe, place the brush across the nail and paint the tip. This will prevent the nail from chipping quicker.

7) Once you think you are done, and everything seems to be dry. Then it means that is time to make them shine for longer. Apply one thin layer of clear top coat or just your basic base coat. Let them dry and stay fabulous !

Tips & Warnings to considerate:

- Always allow enough time for your nails to be completely dry before going for the
second layer.

- Never over paint. Each layer you paint, make it very thin. This so your nails look
very smooth and not full of lumps.

- If your yellow, light pink or any other colour doesn't stay as the same as in the
bottle, then I advise you to paint your first layer as white and then the second
the colour you are trying to achieve. This will bring out more your light colours.

- If you make a mistake never try to mend it. Take it all off (from that
unique nail) and start it again.
